Juniper Island is typically considered the center of Stony Lake and it is located (latitude/longitude) at 44° 32′ 53″ N 78° 9′ 1″ W.
- Crowes Landing is the main hub for Upper Stoney Lake which is the east arm of the Y. Crowes landing is located at 44° 33′ 44″ N 78° 3′ 59″ W.
- Young’s Point is the main hub of Clear Lake which is the southern arm of the Y. Young;’s point is located at 44° 29′ 15″ N 78° 14′ 0″ W
- Burleigh Falls is the main hub of the western arm of the Y. Burleigh Falls is located at 44° 33′ 24″ N 78° 12′ 16″ W
